For ease of testing, should add a manual page where we can inspect the contents of {{navigator.network.connection.type}}.
Essentially copying over the [example from the docs|http://docs.phonegap.com/en/1.6.1/cordova_connection_connection.md.html#Connection].
Should also add checking for the online/offline events in the Events manual page.

Looks to me like online/offline events are not wired up properly in cordova-js at all. They shouldn't work in any platform using it.
Also the documentations specifies that you attach to these events via {{document}}, not {{window}}. A lot of fail all around here. Will try to fix it all today.
