Error in JSF page in Weblogic 8.1.5 + Portal

Hi

I am intergrating my JSF application in Weblogic 8.1.5 Workshop in a portal
application

I have created a portal and under that I have created a portlet which binds
to my Login.jsp (JSF File)

but I am getting the Error at development time taglib not found at the
following line

<%@ page language="java" %>

<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsf/html" prefix="h" %>
<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsf/core" prefix="f" %>

ERROR : Tag handler  class was not found
