[jira] [Created] (HADOOP-16327) s3a test docs to mention non-auth; or s3a tests to default to non-auth

Steve Loughran created HADOOP-16327:
---------------------------------------

Summary: s3a test docs to mention non-auth; or s3a tests to default to non-auth
                 Key: HADOOP-16327
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-16327
             Project: Hadoop Common
          Issue Type: Sub-task
          Components: fs/s3, test
    Affects Versions: 3.3.0
            Reporter: Steve Loughran

In HADOOP-15987 the docs changed from discussing test runs with the non-auth profile to using auth instead.

But: auth is the default; it turns out (who knew?) that non-auth is what you explicitly need to ask for.

Proposed
* we change the default to be non-auth
* or change the docs to be consistent with the code
