Different interface languages for different users

I also noticed that if regular non admin user changes his interface language
it changes even for admin user automatically in web client interface.

Is there any option to preserve separate language settings for different
users?

The setting is local per browser, not per user. If you use a different machine/browser, it will be a different setting.
