> {{Exceptions}} class is public but is marked {{Private}} so we're not bound by our contract to go through deprecation process for it. However, we won't be able to delete it all in one go, as it has over 460 references. We've reached agreement to delete it but so far we keep adding new references for it. I'd like to mark it as obsolete as a declaration of intent, so that we at least stop using it in new code, if not delete old usages actively.
