------- Additional Comments From oscararmandolozano@yahoo.com 2006-12-21 11:05 -------
I hace the same problem, with the same OutOfMemory log:

Exception java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: requested 65536000 bytes for GrET* in
/BUILD_AREA/jdk1.5.0_08/hotspot/src/share/vm/utilities/growableArray.cpp. Out of
swap space?

and other error:

Exception in thread "CompilerThread1" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: requested
32756 bytes for ChunkPool::allocate. Out of swap space?

But this is in Oracle Containers for J2EE 10g (10.1.3.1.0).

S.O: Redhat EL4.0
RAM: 6GB RAM
SWAP 4GB

java version "1.5.0_08"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_08-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Server VM (build 1.5.0_08-b03, mixed mode)

With this message, I believe this is a Bug from J2SE 5.0

Best Reagards,

Oscar Lozano
