[mina] MINA 0.7.1 is released.

Hi.

Today I released MINA 0.7.1 after resolving buffer leakage issue
thanks to Elliot.

I'll deploy web site and post this news to TSS soon.

Additionally, I moved trunk to branches/0.7 and
branches/api_integration to trunk.  Users of 0.7 stream will have to
check out branches/0.7.
