1.4-M2 Exception when browsing...

Our disk drive recently got full before I realized it and Archiva got into
a bad state. I stopped it, added disk space, removed an old snapshot
directory and restarted.

Now I get this exception when I am browsing:

org.apache.archiva.metadata.repository.MetadataResolutionException: failed
to retrieve item state of item ....

Is there a way to clean this up?

Just be aware that that is a brute force approach - it will regenerate all the metadata from the repositories, but anything custom added (like the custom metadata tab) will be lost.

Yup you must cleanup jackrabbit stuff (no worries that will be rebuild)
Stop archiva
rm -rf ${appsever.base}/data/jcr
Start archiva
