   CONFIG_NET_TCP_DELAYED_ACK=y
   CONFIG_NET_TCP_WRITE_BUFFERS=y
   CONFIG_NSH_LINELEN=300 (copy-and-paste azure long URLs)

   ## Testing
   
   tested with https://github.com/apache/incubator-nuttx/pull/3818 on a board
