[PR] fix(docs): STRING default soft limit 1MB -> 10MB [doris-website]
ruoyue1024 opened a new pull request, #4335:

Updates the STRING type page to document the current default soft limit.
The page stated `1048576 bytes (1M)`, but the BE default has been `10485760`
bytes (10MB) since apache/doris#51121:
```cpp
// be/src/common/config.cpp
DEFINE_Int32(string_type_length_soft_limit_bytes, "10485760");
```
Changed the English page (`docs/`) and its zh-CN counterpart only. The
versioned copies (4.x / 3.x / 2.1) are left untouched.
