One question... for the sake of similarity, would it be possible to
change SetEnvIf to something ending in Match? To match (sic)
AliasMatch, BrowserMatch, DirectoryMatch, FilesMatch, LocationMatch,
RedirectMatch and ScriptAliasMatch?
