[jira] [Updated] (CASSANDRA-15359) Grant permissions on keyspace
with wildcard
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-15359?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:all-tabpanel ]
Alex Pekurovsky updated CASSANDRA-15359:
----------------------------------------
Description:
While CI/CD of our apps, we're using dynamic keyspace names with branchname suffix, like "applicationname_branchname".
The problem - we can't configure GRANT permissions to keyspace with wildcard.
In MySQL it's possible to run
{code:java}
GRANT SELECT ON `applicationname_%`.* TO 'user'@'%';{code}
Is there any options to do similar in Cassandra? Like
{code:java}
GRANT SELECT ON KEYSPACE "applicationname_*" TO 'user';{code}
> Grant permissions on keyspace with wildcard
