xerces install

I had the XERCESCROOT wrong; you're right I missed the C. But it still
doesn't work. It asks for several header files in the /xercesc/dom/impl ,
and doesn't find any of them. I am in the source directory and this
directory is right off of the source directory, so how can it not find it?
