Problem with ftpserver with ssl

Hello all,
       I am in dilemma where in i start a ftpserver instance with implicitssl set to false, this includes all the ssconfigurations set where in i set the keystore and the keypassword as shown in the example. With implicitssl set to false, the clients can connect properly but when its set to true, it requires the clients to use the specialized ftp implicit ssl type for connection. What exactly the implicitssl shows? Also, what all file types that we can use for the keystore and how do we actually create a keystore.
