     - *add BatchExecHashJoinRule, BatchExecNestedLoopJoinRule, BatchExecSortMergeJoinRule and BatchExecSingleRowJoinRule*
   
   ## Verifying this change
   
   This change added tests and can be verified as follows:
   
     - *Added BroadcastHashJoinTest and ShuffledHashJoinTest that validates that logical join can be converted to BatchExecHashJoin successfully*
   - *Added SortMergeJoinTest that validates that logical join can be converted to BatchExecSortMergeJoin successfully*
   - *Added NestedLoopJoinTest and SingleRowJoinTest that validates that logical join can be converted to BatchExecNestedLoopJoin successfully*
