SA on qmail+vpopmail+simscan?

Does anybody have any advice on setting up user-level spamassassin prefs using qmail + vpopmail + simscan? I'm building a mail server from the qmailtoaster.com community, but it doesn't have any user-level prefs built in.

Is it possible to setup spamassassin user-level prefs in a MySQL database, and when simscan calls spamassassin it will give the username@domain and spamassassin will call the prefs from the database?

Any advice or links to info appreciated.
