[ANN] Apache Sirona 0.2-incubating

The Apache Sirona Team is pleased to announce the first release
0.2-incubating of Apache Sirona project.

Apache Sirona provide a simple but extensible monitoring solution for
Java applications.

It's an incubating project and a technology preview release. So some
APIs can be change in the future.
