[PR] Suppress `okio-fakefilesystem` vulnerability: `CVE-2023-3635` (druid)

### Description
This PR suppresses `CVE-2023-3635` for `okio-fakefilesystem` dependency, which is a compile-time dependency for `software.amazon.glue:schema-registry-serde`.
