Frequency of SNAPSHOT releases

Hi,

I wonder what we should do about SNAPSHOT releases. Back in the
pre-Apache days, I did one after each merge into master, or one per day
if I forgot those. This allowed users to stay pretty current with the
development without themselves having to compile REEF.

Is that something we want to replicate today? Would any of our current
users care, or are you all building REEF as part of your use?

Snapshot release for NuGet is easy. I can do it weekly. Does it work for everyone?
