Trouble with svn

I have not been able to check out the Flex site for a while. It keeps getting stuck in the i18n folder in TourdeFlex.

I just completely removed my working copy and re-checked it out and I’m still getting errors. Currently I’m getting (I’ve gotten other missing file errors as well):

Description : Could not find the specified file.
 Suggestion : Check that the path you have specified is correct.

Technical Information
=====================

      Error : V4FileNotFoundError
  Exception : ZSVNNoSuchEntryException

Causal Information
==================

Description : In directory '/Users/harbs/Documents/svn/Apache/flex-site/site/trunk/content/tourdeflex/apache/i18n'
     Status : 155009
       File : subversion/libsvn_wc/log.c, 625

Description : Can't open file '/Users/harbs/Documents/svn/Apache/flex-site/site/trunk/content/tourdeflex/apache/i18n/.svn/tmp/text-base/TimezoneExample.mxml.svn-base': No such file or directory
     Status : 2
       File : subversion/libsvn_subr/io.c, 2661

Cleaning the svn folders does not help. It seems to me that there’s some issue with the repo. Anyone else also having issues?

Harbs

You may need to try the command line svn. And it may want you to run svn
upgrade on your working copy.

Any suggestions on how to fix this issue?[1]

My SVN client things these files are missing. The files are there, but listed twice. One as missing. How do I get rid of the extra listing? (This is after re-downloading the whole site…)

Hmm.

My SVN client has an option for version 1.4 through 1.8. Which SVN version should I be using?

Thanks!

I upgraded to v 1.8 and it looks like it’s updating correctly.

Only older versions of SVN don't keep everything in a single .svn
directory in the root of the project.
Could you be using an older client (forgive me if the Apache server is
too old) or something ?
