Per my understanding from the (please correct me). "create table like" does not seem to copy the data ? If locationspec is specified, then it simply carries that over to the target table.
So i am not sure what V2 impl would like ? Are we allowed to define a new semantics for it ? I am asking since "load" was mentioned in the comment.
