   ### Superset version
   0.24.0
   
   ### Expected results
   There is a date files in my table (postgresql). The field needs to display YYYY-MM-DD format, but it is showing number like 1458604800000
   The source table is showing correct date format (sql editor), but it is not displayed correctly in table view.
   Have tried all option of table timestamp, column-date format, database expression, but nothing is working
   
   
   ### Actual results
   Should have the flexibility to display the date field in required format or atleast in the format as in the source table
   
   ### Steps to reproduce
   A table with a field as date
   Create a slice, with table view
   Add that field as "Group by"
   check the value in table view
