Docbooks help

I have not found the start of docbook generation.
I am trying to track down where
<body bgcolor="white" text="black" link="#0000FF" vlink="#840084" 
alink="#0000FF">
is generated.

Pointer would help. will probably find eventually. just trying to save 
some time.
