[users@httpd] FrontPage Server Extensions
I am running Server version: IBM_HTTP_Server/1.3.12.6 Apache/1.3.12 (Unix)
Server built: Jan 16 2002 14:10:57 on Solaris 8 and wanted to know if there
is a way to install FrontPage Server Extensions. The below line is off of MS
site that only supports new versions of apache. Is it possible to install,
has anyone done this?
FrontPage Server Extensions version 2002 for UNIX is available for the
patched Apache 1.3.19 Web server only.
Thanks in advance.
Paul

Am running FreeBSD 4.5-RELEASE and no patch necessary either..... haven't
used a patch since Apache/1.3.19. Been working fine.

Hmm. What OS? I have the debian version of Apache 1.3.26 and can only
get the Frontpage V4 extensions working...

Yes, although you may have better success with FP2000. Download FPSE2002
and the Apache_v1.3.9 patch (from FP2000). Or you can try the FP2002 patch
at http://www.doutlets.com/downloadables/index.phtml. I used the FP2000
patch on v1.3.26, mod_frontpage and FPSE2002.
