Data Import Tool Deployment Error

Dear Sir/Madam,
 
I get the following error while trying to download the template using the data import tool.
 
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Expected BEGIN_OBJECT but was STRING at line 1 column 1



Kindly advise on how to resolve this.

Yes i know the internal templates have some issue when you process them, this is what I debugged., now if you can change the code like I did, then it's possible.

Yes i know the internal templates have some issue when you process them,
