Proxyreceivebuffersize accept nothing but default

It could be because Win/2000 doesn't support the setting of the receive buffer
size.

When it says "using default" it means "leaving the value to whatever the OS set
it as". There is no way for Apache to know what the default value is.

Is there a reason why you need to set it?
