JPA testsuite

David,

Check out the jpa-testsuite. Apply the patch from geronimo/testsuite directory.

The jpa-ear pom does the following -
builds the ear,
starts the server,
deploys the ear,
tests it
undeploys ear
stops server

I'll add a config option to the deploy/undeploy goals such that when
deploy fails, it may still go-by.
