Inconsistency on router reconnection

Hi,

I was having some problems to post to the mailing list, so I ended up
opening the DISPATCH-59.

I found some problem when a connector configured router quickly reconnects
to a listener router. Something to do with the router already being in the
linkset collection and then the initial MAU processing.

Steps to reproduce the problem in a two-router network:
- Start node-1
- Connect a subscriber to node-1 with a mobile address
- Start node-2 that connects to node-1
(At this point node-2 has the subscriber entry in address list after the
log: PYROUTER (DEBUG) Remote Destination 'XXX' Mapped to router Y)
- Kill node-1
- Restart node-1
- Subscriber reconnects
- Node-2 reconnects
Observe that node-2 won't re-install the address of the subscriber.

Regards,
Daniel
