   ### What would you like to be improved?
   
   The current approach of directly copying the Hadoop configuration into the RSS server image is not elegant and can be improved.

   ### How should we improve?
   
   We can use ConfigMap to configure Hadoop configurations, similar to what is done in rss-configuration. I will submit a PR to complete this task.
