The INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS table does not have all data from the <interval_qualifier> of an INTERVAL type descriptor.

In particular, it does not have enough information to implement DatabaseMetaData.getColumns()'s COLUMN_SIZE column for INTERVAL types.
