Apache/SOAP for WebSphere 3.5 on OS/390 ?

Hi,

I'm new to SOAP. Can anybody tell me whether this Apache/soap works for
WebSphere on Os/390. I checked the installation instructions, but it does
not specify this.
Please help me. I want to try this on websphere for Os/390.
