Site completion...

Hi guys,

I have checked the site for broken links, fixed lot of them... It was
not funny :/

I think we are pretty ok now. There are two references to external links
that are not anymore valid, plus many refereces to a non existing
Javadocs in xref docs (it's because we don't generate javadocs for the
mina-example project). I sugest we keep it this way atm.

So I consider that we have a decent and working site now.

Time to move back to code now !!!
