The test failed again, twice in an upgradeTest. Thanks to the previous checks introduced, I know that the problem is that the list of known clients by the server is empty, to it seems the ping did not reach the server.
I would like to add this PR to include retries to the check, in case the problem is a temporary network lag: https://github.com/apache/geode/pull/5238
