Where the $%#@!! is it!

Hi,

In response to users not being able to find some basic resources I
whipped up a "Where the $%#@!! is it!" to try to point at the resources
users have asked for today. As noted in the document the site still
needs some work if people can't easily find what they need but hopefully
this page will help as a stopgap. We'll keep working on the doco and the
site in general:

The project descriptor, settings descriptor and additional mailing list
archives are there.
