[ANNOUNCEMENT] Xerces notification format

Hello

I'm using Xerces (version 3.1) for XML validation. I'd like to parse the
notifications supplied by Xerces.
Is there a format(s) for these notifications?

A little research showed that the following notification is received, I'm
just not sure this is the only format.

Format: notification (line 01, column 01)
For example:
element is not allowed for content model (line 01, column 01)
