Wrong notification email address in JIRA

Hi all,

I just found out, that the JIRA e-mail notification address for our project Empire-db is still empire-db-dev@incubator.apache.org<ma...@incubator.apache.org>.

However the notifications should instead be sent to
dev@empire-db.apache.org<ma...@empire-db.apache.org>

I have just asked INFRA to correct this.
