simian plugin

Hi,
 
I'm looking for peoples thoughts on how the simian plugin build ever worked
in the bootstrap :)
 
What happens is it tries to get the clover plugin's context - however, the
clover plugin has not yet been built, so this should always fail.
 
It works on HEAD, but not on the branch where it now throws an
UnknownPluginException, but continues anyway.
 
Does anyone with more knowledge of the plugin know whether it needs fixing,
or if this is a side effect on the branch that needs to be fixed?
