Don't serialize to '<anyAttribute processContents="none"/>'
XML Schema spec says
<anyAttribute
id = ID
namespace = ((##any | ##other) | List of (anyURI | (##targetNamespace | ##local))) : ##any
processContents = (lax | skip | strict): strict
{any attributes with non-schema Namespace...}>
