   This is a valid code cleanup suggestion. The `@Component` annotation on `ExtRocketMQTemplateConfiguration` already triggers Spring bean initialization during container startup, making the duplicate validation check redundant.
   
   **Feasibility:** Feasible — straightforward removal of redundant validation logic.
   **Scope:** `ExtRocketMQTemplateConfiguration` and its registration logic.
   **Compatibility:** No breaking changes — this only removes a redundant runtime check.
   
   The fix should:
   1. Remove the duplicate validation in the bean registration path
   2. Ensure the `@Component`-driven initialization path remains the sole mechanism
