cglib needed by OCM pakage

Hi again! 
May be I am first OCM tester outside of dev team or just so lucky to step on 
every garden raker around :)

OCM module needs cglib ( http://cglib.sourceforge.net ) but this library not 
mentioned in any docs and of ourse there's no cglib in .war distribution.
There's no version info in pom.xml so I took last one (2.1_3) from .m2  dir.
Seems to work.
