orphan/window control, blind tables, keep-with-next etc

Hi,

I've seen in the archives in the FOP mailing list lots of threads concerning this matter. Is there any news/update on when features like
orphan/widow control, keep-with-next will be implemented in FOP (and Cocoon)?
