[Bug 8041] test spam for t/pyzor.t expires from pyzor server, breaking test

I never heard back from any pyzor people and the test started failing again
tonight, about three to four months after I refreshed the test spam last time.

I have created a repo on GitHub with an action that is set to trigger on the
8th of each month which installs pyzor and reports our test spam. The action
can also be triggered manually if needed. I verified that it works and gets the
test to start working again.
