backport r1004518 (.\build\nw_export.inc) requested

Greetings All,
Can confirm the above change in httpd-trunk can be successfully ported 
to the 2.2.x branch for the purpose of allowing apache2.2 to be built 
using an Open Watcom compiler. Without the above patch, OWC does not 
generate a proper exports file for a NetWare build.
