[VOTE] move blog publication into sandbox before 1.4 goes out the door...

hi everyone!


i think everyone here agrees that the blog publication is not 
particularly suited for a release along with the rest of lenya, for a 
number of reasons:

* it is not tested very well
* it employs a number of quick hacks that are not consistent by how 
things are done in the rest of the trunk
* it lacks fundamental functionality that people expect from a blog

therefore, i propose to move it into the sandbox asap.

please cast your votes. voting will end a week from now, on july 20th, 
17:00 UTC+02:00.
