Description:
Fusion requires the main jetspeed 1 artifact

The main jetspeed module requires the fusion artifact.

The only solution I know of is to 

1. use maven multiproject to detect such problems automatically

2. assemble jetspeed in a 3rd module that requires both main jetspeed and fusion.

This problem can be detected if you change the currentVersion in both main and fusion project.xml and try to build.
