Gilles resolved MATH-1322.

    Resolution: Fixed

This class is superseded by the new API provided in package {{o.a.c.m.rng}} which you are welcome to test.  See MATH-1335.This class is superseded by the new API provided in package {{o.a.c.m.rng}} which you are welcome to test.
