[jira] [Commented] (IO-606) FilenameUtils.concat fails with relative path

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IO-606?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=17513051#comment-17513051 ]

Richard Adams commented on IO-606:
----------------------------------

This might be unexpected behaviour,  but I don't think this is a bug. According to documentation of {{{}normalize{}}}:

{color:#629755}If the double dot has no parent path segment to work with, {{color}{color:#629755}@code {color}{color:#629755}null}
{color}{color:#629755} is returned.{color}
