message to semantic-web@w3.org?
Our release procedures explain that amongst the announcements to be sent out for a release, we include "semantic-web@w3.org (if significant changes)". My feeling is that 3.2.0 does not feature changes significant enough to merit an announcement there. Other opinions?

Yeah, I got one off to announce@ this morning:
https://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-announce/201702.mbox/browser
Okay, a 3.1.1+3.2.0 announcement for semantic-web@ makes more sense. I'll put something together.

I think we should - I don't think there was one for 3.1.1 features so it
might be useful to roll this up especially to recognize contributors.
I merged the two for features for a draft below.
There was one on announce@apache. I have no sense if that is really
important. Do add the "what is Apache Jena" paragraph or people carp.
http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/www-announce/201611.mbox/%3C3c9e1404-e8ce-8cd0-0a3a-c87068206e0f%40apache.org%3E
