Maven 1.0rc1 always "Attemping to download Maven-SNAPSHOT.jar" ???

Hello,

I have used Maven1.0rc1 for a few months.
I installed it in Win98 and WinXP.

In WinXP, each time I calling maven.bat, it always "Attemping to download
Maven-SNAPSHOT.jar" in each reactor.
But did not happen in Win98.
