Executable flag in source files

Hi all,

Some files in the source tree have svn:executable property set.  It is
not dangerous, but turning them off would be nicer.

  svn propset svn:executable OFF modules/xml/parser/guththila/impl/src/*.h \
    modules/xml/parser/guththila/impl/src/*.c include/*.h LICENSE.txt COPYING
